Every factory we pay has been assessed first.
Linkwox works with Australian builders, developers, importers and wholesalers buying building materials from China. We assess the factory, settle the order with them directly, and can arrange inspection before shipment. You repay us on agreed terms.
Every China order carries three risks. Most buyers only solve the first one and hope the other two work out.
The deposit and the balance payment are what strand your cash for months while goods are being made and shipped. Linkwox settles with the approved factory, and you repay us on agreed terms — so the money stays in your project, your payroll and your next job.
Terms, fees and approval are subject to assessment and a formal agreement.
Building materials are hard to verify from twelve thousand kilometres away. Linkwox can arrange factory inspection, in-production checks and pre-shipment QC on your order, and reports what we find back to you. Finding a problem in Foshan costs a phone call. Finding it in Port Botany costs a project.
Inspection and factory assessment are advisory services provided for information only. They are not a warranty of the goods, a guarantee of factory performance, or a condition of your obligations to Linkwox. Purchasing decisions remain yours.
No factory you trust yet? Source through plants we’ve assessed on real transaction data — completion rates, repeat orders, delays and disputes. Factories with serious or unresolved performance issues may be suspended or removed from the Linkwox network.
You see the risk before you commit a single dollar.

Already have a factory you trust? Keep them. Don't have one yet? Choose from plants we've assessed on real transaction data.

The factory is paid in full and on schedule by Linkwox, not by you. Paid factories prioritise your order.

If you want it, we arrange factory inspection, in-production checks and pre-shipment QC, and report what we find back to you before the container leaves.

Receive your goods, then repay Linkwox in line with your agreement.
Two minutes of details, and you get back an indicative limit and, if you name a factory, our assessment of it. No cost, no obligation. —Most enquiries are answered within 3–5 business days.
Indicative only. All applications are subject to assessment; approval is not guaranteed.

You see the factory, the price and the terms. No layered trading-company margins between you and the plant.

Completion rate, repeat orders, delays and disputes, scored from real transaction data across our network — so you're deciding with data instead of a company brochure.

How much you put in upfront depends on the order, the factory and your assessment. It isn't a fixed number. Ask us before you assume you have to fund the whole thing.

We speak to your factory in Chinese and to you in Australian terms. Procurement, logistics, inspection and settlement handled in one place.
